Workshops on LOCAL CHEESES AND WINES provided by ONAF (the national organization of cheese tasters) and wine tastings guided by a sommelier. A sensory experience with guided tasting of fresh cheese, blue-veined cheese and ripened cheese combined with some great local wines. A meeting where knowledge becomes a pleasure.
