Wine Tastings
The city squares turn into tasting tables for the great wines of Piedmont.
Vinum at the table
At the Castle of Roddi you can taste "by the glass" among a rich proposal of over 100 wines of the main Piedmontese DOC and DOCG and Vermouth paired with menus of prestigious chefs.
Vinum in Cantina
A guided walk through the production and aging areas to discover the history and winemaking methods of the host winery. Next tasting of selected wines paired with exquisite bites crafted by renowned chefs.
Cooking classes
You can learn through theoretical-practical classes, you will be taught the recipes of the great iconic dishes of important chefs in a truly unique location. At the end of the course you can taste the dish you prepared paired with a glass of local wine.
