Vinum is an event where wine connoisseurs, gourmets and those who wish to get fascinated by the art and culture of lower Piedmont, will meet. They will be cradled by the beauty of vineyards and hills which, in 2014, where awarded by Unesco as World Heritage Site.
It will be possible to experience wine tastings in several locations of the town, with a path throughout the historical centre; the great wines of the territory of Alba, Langhe, Roero and Monferrato will be the main characters.
Asti DOCG, the deliciously sweet sparkling wine par excellence, is the pride of Italy’s viticulture and oenology. A wine that, on top of the features that make it unique in the world, also displays the heart, intelligence, creativity and hope of those who farm this land every day.
The wine tastings will be handled and conducted by the Italian Association of Sommeliers.
