Twenty-first edition for Bacco&Orfeo, the Sunday Concerts of Alba and Bra, the evocative series directed by Giuseppe Nova and organized by Alba Music Festival, celebrating the encounter between the god of music and the god of wine. An idea created to welcome spring through the sociability and conviviality that music inspires and accompanies. These will be extraordinary opportunities to spend an entire day among the hills of Langhe and Roero under the banner of music, with internationally renowned artists and highly engaging repertoires. A convivial occasion for artists and audiences to meet, get to know each other, and share the pleasure of art.
The twelve concerts will take place, as per tradition, over six consecutive Sundays from March 29 to May 3: at 11:00 a.m. in the Church of San Giuseppe in Alba, and in the afternoon at 4:30 p.m. in the Choir of the Church of Santa Chiara in Bra. The concerts will be introduced by musicologist Dino Bosco and will be followed by a glass of wine from the wineries selected by oenologist Fabrizio Stecca, and in Bra in collaboration with the historic Caffè Converso.
