Cheese tastings under the guidance of Onaf – Organizzazione Nazionale Assaggiatori di Formaggiatori (National Organisation of Cheese Tasters), paired with two different local wines selected by the Italian Sommelier Association of Piedmont, in search of the perfect match… between food and wine.

The ticket includes the entrance to the MUDET (Truffle Museum), which can be visited at the end of the event.
