Among the new features of Vinum 2026 are the Dinners with the Vignaiolo (Winemaker), a fresh and engaging proposal that invites the public to experience wine in a direct, authentic, and convivial way.
everal restaurants in Alba’s historic center are taking part in the initiative, offering special dinners with tasting menus created for the occasion and paired with one or more selected wines from guest producers.
The distinctive element of these evenings is the presence of the winemaker at the table: a moment of encounter and dialogue in which the producer guides guests through the tasting, personally sharing the stories of the wines, the territory, and the work behind each bottle.
Dinners with the Winemaker thus offer a unique and authentic gastronomic experience, combining flavor, storytelling, and human connection. A special opportunity to discover wine in an informal and welcoming setting, as part of Vinum’s rich program.
