CHEF ALESSANDRO BOGLIONE
Alessandro Boglione (1 Michelin Star) and his wife Serena created ‘Gastronomia Urbana’, a takeaway restaurant where people can find a wide range of ready-made dishes. All the recipes have roots in the Piedmontese tradition, and they are prepared with the attention which characterizes the Author’s Cuisine, in full respect of raw materials’ flavor, freshness and seasonality. However, Gastronomia Urbana is also a new concept of restaurant: a refined and bright place with a urban look.
