During the dinner you will have the possibility to choose which label to taste from a wide selection of Piedmontese wines. A food and wine itinerary to discover the precious Doc and Docg wines of Piedmont. The AIS Sommelier will advise and guide in the choice between sparkling, white, red and aromatic wines.



CHEF ENRICO MARMO

After forty years from the opening of the restaurant Balzi Rossi in Ventimiglia, the ligurian iconic restauration dining place reopens with a new guide in the kitchen. The executive Chef, who leads the brigade is Enrico Marmo. He came back here after the experience that saw him as protagonist from 2016 to 2019 with the conquest of Piatto Michelin, Top di Domani del Nord Ovest signed by Touring Club Italiano and of Animante Terra & Ambiente Gambero Rosso. It is a great honour for me to be back in the restaurant when I was executive Chef for the first time’ declared Enrico Marmo, former sous-Chef of Davide Palluda in the  Michelin starred restaurant All’ Enoteca in Canale (CN) and executive Chef in Osteria Arborina in La Morra (CN), where he confirmed the Michelin Star during the 2 years where he was there.

During the dinner it will be possible to choose which label to taste from a wide selection of Piedmontese wines, in a wine and food journey to discover the fine Doc and Docg denominations of Piedmont.
