Blind tasting is the best way to truly appreciate the nuances and complexities of each wine. Without the influence of labels or preconceived ideas, you can focus exclusively on the flavors, aromas, and textures that make every wine unique. It’s an exciting and educational experience that will deepen your understanding and appreciation of the finest wines of Piemonte.
All tastings include four wines per session and are led by speakers from the Italian Sommelier Association of Piemonte.
At the end of the tasting, guests will be offered a sampling of selected products from the Distretto del Cibo del Roero Roero Food District, an initiative that promotes local agri-food excellence through a short supply chain focused on quality, sustainability, and the identity of the Roero area.
