The Distretto del Cibo del Roero (Roero Food District) takes part in Vinum for the very first time with a stand designed to be fully experienced: five intense days to tell stories, taste products, and discover the very best of the Sinistra Tanaro area.
In the heart of Palazzo Giacomo Morra, a welcoming and dynamic space becomes a meeting point between producers and visitors, where flavors intertwine with the stories of those who craft them every day.
This is not just an exhibition, but a true experience: tastings, direct sales, and genuine conversations with producers turn every visit to the District’s hall into a journey through the most authentic Roero. Among the highlights, daily at 11 a.m., sensory tastings dedicated to the great Piedmontese red wines invite visitors to take part in a blind tasting game that enhances aromas and pairings with local gastronomic excellence, strengthening the identity of a territory waiting to be discovered.
