The Istituto del Vermouth di Torino IGP was officially founded on 7th April 2017 to represent this historic drink in Italy and throughout the world and it was joined by the main producers currently on the market: Berto, Bordiga, Calissano, Carlo Alberto, Carpano, Chazalettes, Cinzano, Giulio Cocchi, Del Professore, Drapò, Gancia, La Canellese, Martini & Rossi, Casa Martelletti, Peliti’s, Giovanni Sperone, Vergnano and Tosti.

The “Vermouth tasting trio” is also available on site: 1 red, 1 white and 1 dry, at a cost of €18.
Carnet holders can purchase the trio at a special price of €12.
The carnet discount can be used only once: it can be applied either to a single tasting or to the purchase of the trio.
