Workshops on cheese and wines provided by ONAF (the national organization of cheese tasters) and wine tastings guided by a sommelier AIS.

A sensory experience with guided tasting of fresh cheese, blue-veined cheese and ripened cheese combined with some great local wines. A meeting where knowledge becomes a pleasure.
