The processing concerns data collected on the websites www.fieradeltartufo.org and www.vinumalba.com (both hereinafter “Website”), as well as on any other sites where Ente Fiera acts as data controller under the GDPR for the purposes specified therein.

Art. 2. Data processing for the purchase of tickets for the Fiera Nazionale del Tartufo Bianco d’Alba
Ente Fiera processes users’ personal data in order to:

• allow the user to purchase tickets for the Fiera Nazionale del Tartufo Bianco d’Alba (“Event”) and to participate in the activities of the Event;
• enable Ente Fiera to fulfil obligations arising from the ticket purchase and to correctly perform related operations and tax obligations;
• fulfil pre‑contractual requests submitted by the user.

Legal basis:
Execution of contractual/pre‑contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

This site is owned by TicketOne S.p.A., which acts as processor on behalf of Ente Fiera (data controller).

Processing is mainly electronic and guarantees security and confidentiality in compliance with the GDPR.
