In the enchanting Taste Lab- Casle of Roddi, through exclusive theoretical and practical cooking courses. Guided by renowned chefs, participants will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare iconic dishes, discovering techniques and secrets of haute cuisine.

To make the experience even more special, an expert sommelier will carefully pair a wine with thr prepared dish, explaining the characteristics of the selected wine and unveiling the secrets of food and wine pairing.
The lessons take place at seven professional stainless steel stations, equipped with state-of-the-art tools, ensuring an engaging and interactive experience. Each participant will play an active role in the preparation and, at the end, will have the chance to taste their own creations, accompanied by a glass of fine local wine.
