Data processing for the purchase of tickets for the Fiera Nazionale del Tartufo Bianco d\u2019Alba<\/strong><br \/>\nEnte Fiera processes users\u2019 personal data in order to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>allow the user to purchase tickets for the Fiera Nazionale del Tartufo Bianco d\u2019Alba (\u201c<strong>Event<\/strong>\u201d) and to participate in the activities of the Event;<\/li>\n<li>enable Ente Fiera to fulfil obligations arising from the ticket purchase and to correctly perform related operations and tax obligations;<\/li>\n<li>fulfil pre\u2011contractual requests submitted by the user.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Legal basis:<\/strong><br \/>\nExecution of contractual\/pre\u2011contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) or compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).<\/p>\n<p>To purchase tickets, the user must click \u201cAcquista biglietti\u201d on the Website and will be redirected to:<br \/>\n<strong>https:\/\/ticket.fieradeltartufo.org\/webshop<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This site is owned by TicketOne S.p.A., which acts as <strong>processor<\/strong> on behalf of Ente Fiera (data controller).<\/p>\n<p>Providing data is optional but necessary to purchase tickets or receive a response to pre\u2011contractual requests.\n<\/p><\/div>\n<hr \/>\n<div id=\"art-3\">\n<strong>Art. 3.
